Exposure. There is nothing like being exposed to something new that is good. I remember the day I was exposed to this cute, little, cozy, intimate neighborhood. I thought, “This is the cutest thing.” I said, “I’m going to build one of these.” I had no idea what it would take to bring about what I had just spoken into the universe. With no prior development or building experience, I set off to develop and build a 51-home subdivision. Thank God for his grace and mercy. My mom used to say God takes care of babes and fools and I was no babe. The result: a $15 million dollar plus, one-of-a-kind, 51-luxury rental home community located at 2700 Romine Rd., Little Rock, AR 72204. I thank God for his kindness.
