For that reason we have created Student Shared Housing inside Covenant Cove Community. What is Student Shared Housing? It is a home where four students share a single, residential home with other students who share the common goal of continuing their education. You can have a studious environment that encourages achievement to reach your goal of continued education. It includes four spacious bedrooms, keyed separately; spacious custom closets; 2 full bathrooms; stainless steel appliances, and a warm, friendly neighborhood. The theme of our Student Shared Housing is simple: we are here to handle our business and to move on. Students pay one set fee, utilities included and the peace of mind of knowing you are in a safe environment designed with you in mind. Our homes are fully furnished. They come with plush carpet bedrooms, large custom-built-in closets; and tile or wood floors.
